I reached out to my mom in Tampa who purchase a care last year from Creighton at Toyota. He did not disappoint. Majority of our discussions happen via FaceTime/phone calls and it never felt like it. He was so patient, understanding, and helpful. He was extremely personable and made me instantly feel like family. He also introduced me to Misty that helped me get everything squared away. Yesterday I drove from Atlanta to Tampa to pick up my car. When Creighton realized that I was previously in a car accident, he went out his way to show me every single safety feature of the car. This helped me realize that not only did I make the right decision in car but in him as well. Misty added the cherry on top. She offered me a Celsius water after realizing I just had a 6 and half hour drive. She also was very personable and has the cutest grandson. I’m so glad she was promoted into a finance role. She was perfect for the job and it feels good knowing companies like Toyota promote within. The Toyota facility is extremely clean and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly.
