The service center consultant Pearce Beattie was extremely helpful at getting my Highlander fixed and making sure my daughter and I were kept in the loop about what needed done and what was happening. He even got a shuttle for us to go home since we had to drop it off and got us a shuttle back home (our driver willie was such a nice guy as well). Pearce was very polite, informative and professional.
