I had an awful experience at the service department of this dealership. My car was towed to this dealership because there was a check engine indicator light that came on. After arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Mr. Castrodad regarding my problem. He informed me that all of the service people had gone home for the night and I would have to leave my car overnight. I explained to him that I live 70 miles away from this dealership, and I needed a car to get home. I asked him if I could get a rental. He told me he didn't have any rentals available and the car rental company across the street was closed. I said to him that "what if this was your mother, wife or daughter that was stranded? Would you want them to be treated this way?" I even asked him if he could give me a ride to the nearest rental car company. He continued to repeat that "there was nothing he could do for me." Finally, after getting very, very angry he told me he would be right back. He came back with the keys to a rental car and I was on my way. I was so disappointed in this level of service, given that I had such a pleasurable experience at Central Florida Toyota in Orlando where I purchased the vehicle. I should have never been left stranded when I have a Certified Toyota vehicle. I will not use this dealership again, but this dealership needs to have a little more compassion and understanding for the people that buy and service their vehicles at their dealership. More

Vehicle was within our price range to begin with. However, with tax, tag & title it began to exceed what we wanted to pay. Financing person also worked out a great deal on a warranty that fits our driving style and provides us with more protection. Never had that done before so was a nice surprise! Would and have happily recommended this dealership to friends and family. We will also come back when it is time for us to purchase another vehicle. More

I asked to be spared the shake-down from the Finance & Insurance guy and they complied. Delivery two days later with reupholstered leather interior went smoothly. Bruce Dunholft and his low-key, professional boss are to be commended. Price, service and product were delivered flawlessly--what more could I ask? Granted, it is the end of the year, but this dealer's performance stood out! More

BAIT and SWITCH! We agreed on a price and then Courtesy increased the price while signing the paperwork. After 3 days of shopping with Courtesy and other dealers Courtesy called and said they would sell increased the price while signing the paperwork. When I met with the finance manager I again verified the price. While signing papers something in my gut didn't feel right and just before I signed over the title on my current car I stopped and asked to see the paperwork on the price. I was told a HIGHER price! The finance manager changed the price to the "correct" value and said, "Well you can't blame them for trying." Trying what? To swindle someone? I stopped right there and walked out the door. More
The sales man Chris Mitchell gave excellent service however the finance manager Matt was not so good. he would not return calls and when he did he would send them to someone else to do. He also after we were approved for the vehicle saide we could not Trade our vehicle due to it not being a toyota certified vehicle. I went to Carmax the next day was Approved and they even bought my 2004 Saturn from me for $4000. and put it toward me new vehicle. My 2004 Saturn only had 42000 miles on it. The same day I had purchased my vehicle he called and my husband told him that carmax had bought the vehicle he said Great do you want tpo proceed with the transaction and my husband said we were just going to go with carmax!!!!!!!!!!I am never goingf to buy or deal with a Toyota dealer again !!!!!!! The only reason I even went was because My Dad who has been dead since 2004 always loved toyota and bragged on them. Well i am glad he is not here to see how his beloved Toyota is turning down peoples trad ins with the economy the way it is today. More

It was clear that he sincerely wanted to ensure I got the vehicle I wanted and that I was satisfied with his efforts on my behalf to get me a good deal. Hank did the final financing and was great. Jason helped set up my cell phones for the bluetooth and walked me through how to switch between cell phones and the functionality of the bluetooth. I received GREAT customer service from each of these 4! By the way: I LOVE my new Prius! More
