My husband and I were very impressed with every person we had contact with. My first contact was a call from Justin asking if we could meet him the next day while my car was being serviced to discuss the p had contact with. Although I had no desire to do that, I met with him anyway to hear what he had to say, since he was extremely likeable on the phone. When we arrived we did see another vehicle that peaked our interest and so were willing to hear some numbers about my car’s value and what the purchase cost of the new car looked like. The conversations and interactions with every Courtesy Toyota employee did not make us feel pressured in any way, rather they were patient with us doing everything they could to answer all of our questions and come together with us for a fair deal. Much to my surprise we left there with a new car! I have say that this would never have happened if Justin had not made such a great impression on me. What we did not realize is that he came in on his day off to meet with us. Amazing! More
