Almost every person in the dealership was wearing a mask, I really appreciate their effort. The test drive process was great. I was able to pick were I drove, not just follow a right turn route. Left turns are part of daily life. We drove two vehicles, neither of them were the dealer brand, but our salesman Juan Paniagua was very knowledgeable about the two different brands we drove. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy. Juan has a very laid back personality, very knowledgeable, it was a pleasure having him as our salesman. Throughout the entire process he kept us informed and involved. The finance process was as painless as it could be, without the pressure of up-sale the back end items. We were given the information about warranties and insurance products, and allowed to make our an informed choice without the pressure.
