Great experience thanks to Andrew Sammis My XC60's air conditioner went out. I originally took it to the dealer in California where I purchased the car and they couldn't get the part for at My XC60's air conditioner went out. I originally took it to the dealer in California where I purchased the car and they couldn't get the part for at least three weeks and even that wasn't for certain. I was in Arizona and decided to give Courtesy a call. They had the part, got me in the next day and provided a new Volvo loaner. Andrew's professionalism and willingness to help me out was so good I decided to have them install a trailer hitch too. Everything done as promised and I left extremely satisfied. Also a plus is their beautiful facility including a spotless and highly visible service bay. Great experience! More
