The entire process from the time we walked into the dealership until we leased the vehicle was nearly 1 month, and during that time Daniel was proactive about following up without being pushy or overbearing - a rare skill lately where many sales reps bombard you with emails and/or phone calls. Once we worked out a deal that both sides was happy with, Daniel made the delivery process quite painless. Special shout out to the Carolina the receptionist who saw our 5 year old and let him pick from a box of Hot Wheels cars that they keep on hand - that definitely helped keep him entertained while mom and dad completed the purchase. Great foresight by the GM and team to have something like that on hand to take care of the kiddos. There have been countless dealership trips with the entire family where we decided to bail because our son was bored and distracted which means mom and dad could not concentrate. It's a low-cost option that truly can make the difference between a sale and no sale. The finance process (which is usually about as much fun as pulling teeth) was quick and easy. No pushy sales pitches to sign up for things that we don't care about but also taking the time to answer questions on options that we were interested in. More

Excellent Sales Staff. So-So Dealership Overall We bought a 2020 XC60 T6 R Trim. Added options: Exterior styling kit. Polestar. Advanced package. Parking assist. The three employees that we dealt with (Percy Campbell, Nate Blade, and Andrew Caron) were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The all get five stars for customer service. We feel good about the price we paid for the car; I think it was a fair price. We had a trade-in and the price we got for that was satisfactory. The car was not on the lot when we bought it. It was in-transit to the dealership and we were told they would call us when it had been received and set up with the options we ordered. The car arrived about a week later. About a week after that, the dealer called and said to come in and pick up the car as it was all set up and ready to go. We drove the fifty-miles to the dealership and discovered ..... that they had set up the wrong car. The car we bought was sitting in the lot and was still covered with the protective material the manufacturer puts on before they load it onto the transport truck. Not good, and major embarrassment for the sales guys. Dealer said 'sorry about that, we'll call you when we've prepared the car that you did buy.' That took another week because there was an issue with installing the exterior styling kit. That eventually got resolved. And we brought the car home on 11/21/19, one day short of 30 days since we first ordered the car. I gave this dealership four stars because there is no excuse for setting up the wrong car. I believe the dealership uses stock numbers instead of VIN's to track their new car inventory. That's not the way I would do it, but then I'm not in the business. All-in-all, I give this dealership a rating of OK. I can't give a rating of excellent. More
