Tim was on-point with everything & knew the inventory well, which was extremely helpful as I described different things I was looking for & wanting to see. He was so patient as I flip flopped back & forth between cars, as they were all outstanding! The hardest part of my experience was literally being torn between two different models that I was absolutely in love with - I couldn't make a decision. I said "I need to see the two of them next to each other." Within minutes Tim had lined them up next to each other perfectly for me & after a few minutes of thorough examination my decision was made! And I am so happy!!! I traded in my old black on black 2010 XC90 for a white on white 2019 S60 T5! Oh it's beautiful!!! And Tim was phenomenal throughout the entire process - cool, calm, collected, patient (& funny too!) - never being pushy at all & always making me feel completely comfortable. I honestly enjoyed the entire experience! Tim also took the time to introduce me to the service team & I already feel comfortable & confident with any future service visits - thanks Jud! Drew in finance was fabulous! He was extremely knowledgeable (& resourceful!), & had me in & out within an hour! The process was simple & painless! We recommend Nick Before coming up to Scottsdale/Volvo, we had a few dealerships we were considering based off of the price and desired cars. After seeing Nick's personalized video clip of the car we had our eye on (he recorded and texted the vid over to us using their neat company app), we knew that coming in for a test drive would be worth it and it was! Nick was ready for us with the car for the test drive. During the drive, Nick was informative and made good conversation. The car was in the best condition compared to the other cars we test drove at other dealerships. On top of that, he helped us get our desired car at a price that was close to what we wanted, and for what the car is worth, it was a great deal. During paperwork prep, he helped our 3 lil ones stay happy and entertained by letting them pick a hotwheels car of their choice, giving them crayons and coloring books and snacks!
