The Courtesy automotive brand has been serving Phoenix customers since 1955. Courtesy Automotive in addition has a Chevrolet store in San Diego and a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram store in San Juan Capistrano in CA. This will be the first new store in Phoenix since 1955. Courtesy Automotive started in 1955 with the family member Ed Fitzgerald. Not long after that, William Gruwell joined the family and the business, and today leads the organization as President of Courtesy Automotive. He is joined by his two sons, Mark Gruwell, General Manager of Courtesy San Diego, Scott Gruwell General Manager of Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and his son in law, Jason Church, who is the General Manager of the new Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale.
The Courtesy family has three generations of ownership and is excited to add the VOLVO brand to the Courtesy Group. With the amazing line up of new VOLVO products, and the Courtesy reputation of looking after our customers, we look forward to serving the Valley's VOLVO customers.
Construction started in January, 2017 and with a completed store ready to open in August 2017. The family is excited to offer a full line up of new VOLVO cars and SUVs serving the Scottsdale, Phoenix and Paradise Valley areas at first. Courtesy VOLVO of Scottsdale will offer a complete line up of Certified Used VOLVOs, as we have a heritage of supporting and promoting the benefits of a strong Certified program to our customers.

Impressive Customer Service My boyfriend and I came in for a pre-owned listing we found on the internet. We walked in with our guard up, ready to be hit with hard sales tactics. However, we drove away (in our new car) pleasantly surprised and impressed with the customer service at Courtesy Volvo. Jason Hise was awesome - he helped us out through the whole process. He was super respectful of our needs, and he was a genuine pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Jason for anyone coming to buy a car. When it came time for financing, we were also super impressed with Mike the finance guy. He was very straight forward and helped the final process to go smoothly. I would highly recommend Courtesy Volvo. Great customer service!! Also, I love my new car!! Thanks guys! More

Visor replacement Andy said it would take 2 weeks to replace my visor. I called after 10 days, eager to keep the sun out of my eyes. Andy reminded me it would take 2 weeks and assured me he would call when it came in. 2 weeks came and went and I waited. After 3 weeks I called and got Andy’s voicemail and left a message. I called again the next day, Andy wasn’t available so I was put through to parts. Yes, they had my visor, I made an appointment with Jud to come in on Friday, my day off. 1.5 hours after arriving, jud says it’s the wrong part. But they can get right one in by Monday (?). Come back Tuesday morning (get to work late) and wait another hour or so. Jud says they sold my visor, but he pulled one off a 2016 that works... More
