My vehicle was in for service for over 30 days. This is unacceptable. There was confusion over what was actually weong with it and what was being done to fix it. Then the service tech was out sick and rather than have the shop foreman hop into help or reassign it, I was advised I would have to wait for him to come back. From the purchase process to post delivery of the vehicle, we have had a terrible experience with communication and customer service from our sales a From the purchase process to post delivery of the vehicle, we have had a terrible experience with communication and customer service from our sales associate Chris Campion. You would think spending over 100k (or any amount of money really) you would have better service but I guess not. We previously a bought a vehicle with covert when located in Bastrop with a different sales associate and we loved our experience leaving us feeling confident to purchase from them again although they moved to Bee Cave. However, it was a completely different experience and will never purchase from them again. Our car was delivered with factory issues and after several months of dragging their feet and no communication they finally picked up our car to remedy the issue then delivered it back after a few weeks and the issue was not fixed and there were new issues to boot. Through out the entire process we have not once received a phone call from Chris to talk through the issues or ask anything post sales related. Very disappointing and now have a brand new vehicle with multiple scratches and paint gouges. Better off finding a new dealership. More
