This was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I had to fight tooth and nail to even get my vehicle into the service department after the repair that they made only encountered in my entire life. I had to fight tooth and nail to even get my vehicle into the service department after the repair that they made only lasted two months. In my opinion, if a repair is done somewhere and it becomes faulty, I would try to prioritize that person which was not all the case. Once I got my vehicle into the service department, I was then left in the dark for 2 1/2 months with zero communication from anyone. Fortunately, I was provided a loaner vehicle for that duration, however, that took me having to go through GM motors customer service department to even open a case against the dealership. Luckily I was provided the loaner otherwise I would have spent thousands of dollars on a rental vehicle. The advisor I was assigned Matthew Bennett, tried to sell me a new vehicle and get me out of my current vehicle instead of fixing it, threatened to start charging me daily fees if I didn’t bring the loaner truck back, and basically blamed me for my choice of vehicle for the reason it was having issues. The kicker of it all is they had my vehicle this entire time and all that was performed was an oil change and miraculously my truck is fixed. Fortunately, the service Director tried to make things right and got me squared away, but the chaos that it took to get here and knowing that my truck is still not fixed is an issue that needs to be resolved. I could honestly write a book on how baffling my experience was, but those are the cliff notes. More
