Didn't get copies of any paperwork when I left the car. No word about when to expect it back. Noone ever called me back to say it was ready. My son called them and they said he could pick it up. When he arrived they made him wait while all the paperwork and payments made via phone. He got in the car and it would not start. He was told it needed a new battery. They told him he had to wait because they had other cars they were working on. He ended up having to wait for another hour. They did not have the car cleaned up either so who knows what else they did or how long it had been just sitting the waiting. More

It is difficult to communicate with the service center because of the answering system. It feels like the service representatives don't feel that it is their job to communicate with customers. It does not because of the answering system. It feels like the service representatives don't feel that it is their job to communicate with customers. It does not make me want to service my vehicle at. this dealership. The work by the technicians seems excellent and quick once they have the parts. More

My truck runs so much better after the transmission was replaced. I am definitely grateful for the loaner truck that I was given to drive while my truck was getting fixed.
