Didn’t feel I was given the priority a customer deserves. The buying process started on a Saturday, but it only proceeded further on Monday because I called to check up on the status. Inatially sold me warranties I didn't want. Once I declined the extra warranties my finance charge remained the same. Although $3200 in warranties were declined Im still paying for them.
