We are very sorry to hear that all of the requested repairs were not completed and that your vehicle was returned in worse condition than when you dropped it off. Finding dirt and footprints inside the vehicle is disappointing enough, but the razor blade left behind is especially concerning and unacceptable. This falls well short of the level of care, attention, and safety that should be provided during any service visit.
