How exactly is your account different? I sent Trase screenshots of the 3 service lights that came in the first 2 days of having the vehicle. Trase apologized. I still have the texts. I had to take the car in for service and provided that paperwork also. Don't submit a canned response to soften the review saying your account is "differs" or how "perspectives can vary." My review is 100% accurate and you know that. Stop being dishonest. And if you would've responded by just apologizing for my experience, I would've edited the review.
