Restrooms were clean. we loved the coffee machine. it is unfortunate that buying a vehicle takes so long, but it is what is its. however snacks would have been welcomed :) . we got there around noon-ish and left around 730 pm. we loved the fact that the dealership always has plenty of inventory and there's always some one staying in touch. While everyone is very friendly, they ordered the wrong vehicle (Gas instead 4xe). They found another version that had most of what I wanted, so they brought it in after three weeks. However, they made me vehicle (Gas instead 4xe). They found another version that had most of what I wanted, so they brought it in after three weeks. However, they made me sign the lease paperwork at that time, not when the Jeep arrived. Communication is very poor between sales and finance, and between them and us. We had to initiate all conversations and basically harass them for information. Some of the individuals we were working with were transferred to other branches, and we were not informed or transferred to anyone else until we called repeatedly to find out what was happening. So many other details that went wrong, but I will leave it at this. The pluses would be that they did provide us with a loaner while we waited after the wrong Jeep was ordered to be built, and they reimbursed us for the first month’s lease, as we didn’t have the vehicle but were already under lease. The sad part is that my husband had a great experience with his new truck - it was in and out in under three hours. It could have been easier and better. More

Specifically scheduled maintenance service along with request to check tires rubbing when you turn the wheel. Received comment back of we don’t see any where the tires rub but it’s very obvious if someon request to check tires rubbing when you turn the wheel. Also when scheduled the service requested to check brakes on lifetime but had to ask if they were checked as part of the service. The response I got back when asked if they checked the brakes I got well there’s no comments they are low, which there was no confirmation they were even checked. This department should take tips from the Cadillac service on customer service and how to address customers. More
