While this is certainly not the experience we strive to deliver, we genuinely value all reviews as they help us continuously improve — and we always believe there is room to do better. That said, we do feel it is important to provide some context around your visit so that others reading this review have a complete picture of what occurred. Your vehicle was towed in on 05/21 with a coolant leak — an unscheduled arrival, which we accommodated as a walk-in. Despite that, our team had your vehicle fully diagnosed and repaired by 05/22, well within our standard 24–48 hour diagnostic window. Your vehicle was ready for pickup in under 24 hours of its arrival. It remained at our facility until 05/25, at which point you retrieved it. Regarding communication, our service advisor, Beth, worked diligently to keep you informed throughout the process. Our records indicate that calls were being placed from our service department multiple times per day. Because your vehicle was repaired so quickly, the status update remained consistent each time. We have served you on several occasions and genuinely appreciate your loyalty. We are sorry this visit left you feeling dissatisfied.
