He handed me off to Tanner, who was also very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and helped get me a great deal on a new Rebel and a value on my trade-in I was happy with. Next, I was introduced to Jet in the Financial department to take care of all the paperwork. He too was very friendly, professional, and incredibly patient as we did a final review of the numbers, discussed add-ons, and signed all the forms. Covert definitely has the customer service one should expect and I highly recommend them as a first stop for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with them, which seems to be getting rare at most dealerships these days. I was incredibly happy when I drove off the lot in my brand new Ram 1500 Rebel. This rating is not for the dealership, it's for the salesperson. There was total disappointment from the beginning. She didn't know anything about the car, didn't respond to my messages and didn't retu salesperson. There was total disappointment from the beginning. She didn't know anything about the car, didn't respond to my messages and didn't return messages. When I was scheduled to pick up the car she wasn't there and had misplaced the keys. I'm not saying don't buy a car from this dealership, but I am saying if they assign you the salesperson I had, go to another dealer. I wish they could give the commission for the car I purchased to the lady that helped me when I did arrive at the dealership. More
