Every person I worked with from the scheduler Robert to the advisor Claudio, went out of their way to find information for me and make sure the job was done properly. When I asked the same questions to ano the advisor Claudio, went out of their way to find information for me and make sure the job was done properly. When I asked the same questions to another dealership, I was blown off and given a canned response because they didn’t want to go ask questions that is why I had the work done at Covert even though it is farther from my house. I did not think that welding the nut on the drive link was a good solution, maybe a band-aide until a new part could be designed and made. The 2 other dealers I asked if the new part was available said welding was the only option. But the Covert team went and spoke to the service manager and the technicians to see what the have seen and found that a part was available if you asked. More
