I called specifically for a problem I was having with my Jeep. I asked if I can get the oil change done while they look at it as well and the person on the phone obliged. Overall, I had a fine experience. I ordered my Grand Wagoneer in December and was told it would arrive in ~6-8 weeks. 6 months later it finally arrived. Now this isn't the fault of Co I ordered my Grand Wagoneer in December and was told it would arrive in ~6-8 weeks. 6 months later it finally arrived. Now this isn't the fault of Covert, but I did wonder what the point of the dealership was in this scenario. It's also frustrating knowing I paid a middle man (in the dealership - delta between list and invoice) for very little overall value in sourcing the vehicle. I also didn't feel like there was much appreciation for our situation / frustration. Just a "well, it's not our fault" mentality. Effectively, blame Jeep. Fair enough, but absent strong customer service in this scenario, not sure what I'm paying for. To be clear, there's no alternative to the dealer model (for now), but something to think about longer term. Patricia was phenomenal and patient with my kids when we first came in. And Chuck (who facilitated us picking up the car), was quick and friendly. Covert is very convenient to my home and I would recommend to a friend so long as they weren't ordering a car. More
