We had never been here, never even looked into the dealership, didn't really know it existed to be honest. We were passing on our way to breakfast when we saw a dually on the lot. We headed back here after and spent the rest of our day buying. This was actually the first lot we'd been to that had a NEW Ram dually in a long time. We were shocked; we actually thought we were going back to this dealership to look at something used. We had been told so many times it was pretty impossible to get what we wanted new and ordering would be a hassle and wait. We bought a 2023 Ram dually, fell in love with it, she's a dream. Sarah was amazing, helping us look at the options the dealership had (mind you, we haven't had many or any options and have been shopping for at least 6 months), walking us through the process, making sure everything was perfect before we left. Sarah knows her stuff, wasn't pushy in the slightest, and was easy to talk with. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready for an SUV. More
