Lance was fantastic and stayed in touch. Incredibly disappointed in the quality of mechanics at covert. Had my Grand Cherokee in the service bay 3 times for same reason. Once only weeks after I purchased the vehicle.Somehow magically discover the issue once the warranty expired. Either intentional or complete ignorance on behalf of the shop mechanics ? Either way I was stuck with a bill and now dealing with Chrysler corporate taking even more time out of my life to deal with an issue that should have been resolved over 3 years ago. Bottom line. Lance is a good dude but the quality of those individuals that looked at my jeep previous should be doing oil changes only. Please find the person that worked on my car this time and thank him for doing his job and knowing how to work on keeps. Meanwhile enjoy my $750 you should have never been paid If you realize how wrong it was to charge me feel free to send me a reimbursement check. It would be the right thing to do. More
