I brought my vehicle in on a Friday to get my passenger door fixed. Upon making my appointment I was told that services were backed up and the shop will most likely need to keep my vehicle through the week door fixed. Upon making my appointment I was told that services were backed up and the shop will most likely need to keep my vehicle through the weekend. This I was okay with and had no issues at all with because of the communication up front. What I did not expect was for my vehicle to not be ready until the following Wednesday and the shop not updating me at all. I had to call several time just to get an update for what I was told was an extremely easy fix, not something a customer wants to hear when they haven't had their car for almost a week for an "easy fix". Lastly, the issue was not fixed. I needed my car back to travel for my job and was in a rush to simply get my vehicle back that it wasn't until the next day I realized the door still did not work properly. And when I texted the shop back after they texted me asking how pleased I was with the service I still have not heard back for them. So, I now have paid for a service when the problem was not fixed. Normally I have great service here, which makes me sad how this was extremely poorly communicated service, and with no resolution at all. More

Walt was incredibly helpful and exhausted every option to find me a loaner car while my Jeep was being worked on. My manufacturer warrantee was about to expire and I had to leave my Jeep in order to be worke find me a loaner car while my Jeep was being worked on. Loaner vehicles were backed up until the end of the following month but Walt was able to get me a borrowed Jeep comparable to my current one for NO COST! The entire process was seamless and easy, my Jeep was fixed quickly, and my family wasn't slowed down at all without our vehicle.
