This is follow up to my review from last week. I could not figure out how to change/update my previous one. As promised, here is my updated review. My husband drove back out to there (1 hour drive) to get paper plates which should have been done in this first place. He ended up working with Cris. She was fantastic! Even answers her direct landline when you call it. She took over for the sales guy and the finance guy and fixed the problem. We are yet to receive dmv plates but we know these things take time. Thank you Cris for helping out- truly appreciate it! More

I will change my review once this is settled- but we just tonight found that the second license plate which was in glove box does not match the back license plate. Amazing that the sales person never caught tonight found that the second license plate which was in glove box does not match the back license plate. Amazing that the sales person never caught this? So they sold a used car with over one year expired tags and acted like it was no big deal and they said they would pay all back fees to dmv- but the DMV registration site shows it was "rejected" and sent back to them because it needs "action items". When I asked the finance person this info- I was told to not worry about it. Ironically, tonight we were pulled over by the police and we now have a "fix a ticket". We are yet to hear from the sales guy that helped us. We also have asked to see the smog certificate that they ran....Things should go much smoother than this. This place has good reviews so we are upset that this has occurred with no real valid answers. I hope the manager at this location reaches out to us. Very disappointed with the run around xx. More

I had a dead battery, so I jumped the car at home and drove it to the service department to have it replaced. It was replaced and the system reset in less than an hour. I came in for my 80,000 mile tuneup as scheduled- the price was very reasonable. I did have my service rep drive my car as the bushings are making noise.
