Need to set proper expectations. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was told it would take 1.5 hours. I was ok with that time and decided to wait in lobby. Setting the proper expectation is important. If they would have told me it would take 3 hours I would have been ok with that and would have just taken an uber home and come back to pick up my car.
