Taking my vehicle for servicing has always been a good experience. Scheduling is very convenient. For two months I struggled with the "malfunction light" on, took it five times in, quite stressful, but experience. Scheduling is very convenient. I had gotten about every mile possible out of the car I was driving and I was long overdue to replace it. We found a car that seemed right and Byron worked very hard at getting the best deal for me. In the end the car was not what I needed so I asked Byron to check into leasing a Jetta for me. He took all of my information and began to work on it for me. Due to a fixed income and some past problems I was skeptical that this could work, but lo and behold Byron came back to me with an offer. We were very close to what I could afford so Byron got Angel Ruiz involved to see if we could finalize a deal. I was asked what I needed to make me happy and I told them. Byron and Angel were able to get me a great trade in offer and worked hard to get the deal I wanted. I was thrilled!! I have not had a new car since 1986!! I brought my new WV Jetta in for a routine service. I arrive a little before my scheduled appointment, but they took the car right away. I was told it would take about 2 hours to complete the work, so I arrive a little before my scheduled appointment, but they took the car right away. I was told it would take about 2 hours to complete the work, so I waited while the work was being done. the lounge was comfortable with coffee and free wi-fi, which allowed be work remotely. An hour and half later the service rep came in and told me the car was ready to go (including car wash). Not a bad way to spend a morning. More
