I brought my new WV Jetta in for a routine service. I arrive a little before my scheduled appointment, but they took the car right away. I was told it would take about 2 hours to complete the work, so I arrive a little before my scheduled appointment, but they took the car right away. An hour and half later the service rep came in and told me the car was ready to go (including car wash). Not a bad way to spend a morning. More

They did quality work as I immediately noticed the car was running smooth and I felt safe in my car knowing that these professionals handled everything just fine. I was originally referred to Bozzani because of my zip code, but was not sure which dealership I was actually going to visit, as there are several in my area. I talked to my neighbor and he swore by Bozzani, saying they treated them great and gave them the best deal. So, I said what the heck, since he recommended Bozzani so highly, I thought I'd go ahead and give them a chance to earn my business, and BOY did they ever! My salesman Byron Garriques was a great guy, he let me take a couple of test drives as I was unsure and needed more road time. He did not rush me, explained everything about my Passat, and answered all of my questions. He was a sheer pleasure to deal with! The finance team was top knotch, can't thank them enough!
