I have a good experience with Bozzani. This is 6 cars that I lease from VW, the last one was in Bozzani, previously I use Riverside and Ontario VW . We purchased two brand new cars from Bozzani - a '97 Jetta Trek and my '98 Beetle - both cars are still running strong. I walked into Bozzani VW and was not ready to purchase a new car yet. I had 3 months left on my lease at the time. Byron Garriques walked up to my husband and myself and asked if he could help us. He immediately took me to the car I wanted to see - the VW CC. I asked about the price of the car and I also asked if I could test drive it. He immediately obtained the keys and took us on a test drive. He gave us detailed information about the car and how it worked. I liked the car but was up against the wall on pricing. I could not afford to pay more than $350 a month. He took my dilemma to the proper manager, and before I knew it I was driving off in my brand new 2013 CC. It was late in the evening, but I noticed that the car was not clean. I mentioned it to Byron and he was very apologetic and immediately scheduled an appointment for me to bring the car back and have it detailed. He was so considerate of my needs and went out of his way to make me happy. He not only brought the car back to me clean, but started wiping the car down himself wherever he saw that it was still wet, and or smudged. He offered us water to drink, and snacks while we were waiting.. I have never experienced this type of professionalism, courteousness, and kindness from a sales person. I have a 2007 VW Jetta and I didn't know I had locking lugnuts on my wheels. I purchased tires at a store only to find out that they couldn't get the lugnuts off. I contacted Bozzani to see if I c locking lugnuts on my wheels. I purchased tires at a store only to find out that they couldn't get the lugnuts off. I contacted Bozzani to see if I could purchase a key to unlock them- they are 50 dollars online. The service person told me to come in and they would take them off for free and if I wanted, I could just get regular nuts to replace them. I went in and they took them off and replaced them with nuts that were only 20 dollars. They refused to charge me for service even though they did all the work. I was so impressed that I went back to get an oil change and some minor repair work on my car. They noticed I have a slow oil leak on a connection to another part, but informed me that it wasn't serious and I should wait until more work needed to be done in that area, since many parts would need to be disconnected and it would be expensive to repair. They SAVED me money by being honest and letting me know that it could wait until something else needed to be done. I have never had service so fast, respectful and honest. They even washed and detailed my car for free after the service! They have made me a lifelong customer because they go above and beyond what a dealership usually does to retain clientele. More

I went to Bozzani Volkswagen to purchase the car I had long been wanting and got it. Rick showed me the cars and was very friendly and answered all my questions and set me at ease. They did quality work as I immediately noticed the car was running smooth and I felt safe in my car knowing that these professionals handled everything just fine.
