He also proved to go above and beyond when my tire pressure was low a week later. I attempted to have it checked at the service center but they were closed. I explained the situation to Wes and he came with me to make sure they were properly inflated. I have not yet experienced this dealer's service area, especially since their service hours are not compatible with my work schedule, but their sales team is outstanding. More

I was originally referred to Bozzani because of my zip code, but was not sure which dealership I was actually going to visit, as there are several in my area. I talked to my neighbor and he swore by Bozzani, saying they treated them great and gave them the best deal. So, I said what the heck, since he recommended Bozzani so highly, I thought I'd go ahead and give them a chance to earn my business, and BOY did they ever! My salesman Byron Garriques was a great guy, he let me take a couple of test drives as I was unsure and needed more road time. He did not rush me, explained everything about my Passat, and answered all of my questions. He was a sheer pleasure to deal with! The finance team was top knotch, can't thank them enough! It's been a month since I purchased my Passat & I am just as thrilled today as I was 30 days ago! Thanks Bozzani VW! More

Put me at ease and the whole experience of leasing the Passat was the best I've ever had (and I lease different brands every 3 years including Jaguar and BMW). This is my 4th VW (jetta, beetle, touareg and now passat)and I won't go anywhere else but Bozzani. Trust me when I say, other dealerships and staff are not like this one. Bought a 2012 Touareg from the dealership May 2012. Have serviced it twice since then - currently 21,000 miles.
