I have purchased many vehicles in the past, from a hybrid to a muscle car and a few in between. I have dealt with many dealers and their employees, and thus far, Bozzani, has topped the rest in friendliness to a muscle car and a few in between. This was our first experience with Bozzani VW, and most likely not our last. After meeting Wes Uptergrove, who not only answered every question we threw at him, he took the time to show and explain all the likely not our last. He is truly a font of knowledge. Wes introduced us to Jerry Tomeo and between Wes and Jerry they have a great rapport. They didn't say no to anything we asked for. We met Mark Arana the number cruncher and he put together a pretty nice package for us. With everything all set Bozzani VW had to scramble a bit and the car was delivered on New Years eve after the normal work day hours and nobody complained at all. We needed to have an accessory added a week later and met Reuben Sandoval and Jesse Santos who took care for everything we needed. As I mentioned earlier our experience at Bozzani VW was great. We had never been treated this way by a new car dealer before, even my wife thinks so. More
