From the moment i sent the first email telling the team at Bozzani what I wanted, i received a quick reply back, with a quote from Louie. I quickly came in that day test drove the car WIth Rick, which was at Bozzani what I wanted, i received a quick reply back, with a quote from Louie. Signed all of the paperwork with the GSM Jason, who was a pleasure to deal with, everything went smoothly, and i was in and out very quickly. Also met with Tony when Rick was not there and he too was great to work with, and showed me how to use all of the features of the car, and car was delivered as promised. Couldnt of asked for a faster service than was presented at Bozzani. Purchased a 2012 VW Jetta for my mother months ago at Puente Hills and their staff was no where near as experienced, caring, and informative as Bozzani. He always makes sure the car is well maintained and trys to keep my cost down. My goal is to put 300,000 on the car and when the time comes I will be purchasing my next new car from Bozzani. I've never been disapppointed with the service or the friendliness of Bozzani's employees. I love browsing and checking out the new cars when dropping off my Beetle for service and the sales people are great about answering questions, even knowing that I'm just browsing and not ready to make a purchase. Bozzani is a wonderful dealership and I highly recommend their service and sales departments. More
