Once again Bozzani showed me why I will be going back there when I get a new car. I had to have service done when a check engine light came on, on my Jetta. Reuben was nice and updated me on the status there when I get a new car. I had to have service done when a check engine light came on, on my Jetta. Reuben was nice and updated me on the status of my car to let me know it would take longer than expected because they found a related part that needed to be replaced. While I was killing time in the showroom, the sales manager Jerry Tomeo walked by and asked how I was doing and if I was there to buy another car. Not sure how he remembered that I had bought my Jetta there a year earlier and wasn't a new customer. When I am ready to get a new car, I will definitely be getting it at Bozzani. More

I was served almost immediately upon my rather late arrival at the service department. The service was completed by noon the next day. When I returned, I was treated nicely and (I believe it was Rick Holguin) helped me retrieve my work. All staff, including the cashier, were friendly and informative. Paperwork done in 15 minutes...and then I went to lunch across the street while they washed the car and got it ready for me. After my lunch I came back to find my car ready for me. I am now a forum member at "Club Touareg.com" website. I am well aware that others, too, have had good things to say about Bozzani VW. More
