One night back in 2010, I was driving by the dealership and decide to stop by, went in looked around, I was interested in a 2011 Passat. A gentlemen came over and introduced himself, the gentlemen name Byron Garriquos. I ask him about the Passat, he informed me that the Passat was being redesigned for 2012. Byron was very informative and gave me his business card and I kept it. Back in April 2012 this year once again, I was driving by and stopped in, this time the dealership was closed, I looked around and I seen exactly what I was looking for, that was a sunday night. The next day I called Byron, I introduced myself over the phone, I told Byron I kept his business card. I think Byron was shocked that I had kept his card all this time and calling him. The reason why I called Byron, I felt comfortable and he was very professional. A week later I purchased my 2012 Volkswagen Passat. I am very happy with my Passat.
