Our experience was very positive. We visited Bozzani two times before we decided to make the purchase. We bought the car for our daughter and wanted to make sure she was comfortable with the size. Great service and friendly people. Our Tiguan had it's 40k mile service and it was done in a timely matter and we had a very good overall experience. As with anything the cost seemed a little high. We talked to some other friends with a Volkswagen and they take their vehicle to a certified Volkswagen Mechanic. And their 40k service was a lot less expensive. So I want to feel good about bring ours to the dealer, but if we can get the same service at a lesser cost we might go with that for our 50k. More

One night back in 2010, I was driving by the dealership and decide to stop by, went in looked around, I was interested in a 2011 Passat. A gentlemen came over and introduced himself, the gentlemen name Byron Garriquos. I ask him about the Passat, he informed me that the Passat was being redesigned for 2012. Byron was very informative and gave me his business card and I kept it. Back in April 2012 this year once again, I was driving by and stopped in, this time the dealership was closed, I looked around and I seen exactly what I was looking for, that was a sunday night. The next day I called Byron, I introduced myself over the phone, I told Byron I kept his business card. I think Byron was shocked that I had kept his card all this time and calling him. The reason why I called Byron, I felt comfortable and he was very professional. A week later I purchased my 2012 Volkswagen Passat. I am very happy with my Passat. I would highly recommend Bozzani Volkswagen to every one. More
