Shopping for a new car is not easy. I know I wanted a VW after my beloved Jetta was destroyed. I dealt with Louie for the purchase. I test drove the car and said I need to wait for my insurance to settle after my beloved Jetta was destroyed. I dealt with Louie for the purchase. Traveled all the way from Temecula to Bozzani to check out a GTI. The model and options I wanted were very hard to find but the dealership had one. I called in the morning and spoke to Wes who went out out a GTI. The model and options I wanted were very hard to find but the dealership had one. I called in the morning and spoke to Wes who went out to physically make sure the vehicle was at the dealership so that I wouldn't drive out and be disappointed. The sales process was easy with no pressure to hurry up and make a decision. Ended up buying the vehicle and couldn't be happier so far. I like how Wes and the finance guy (forgot name) cared about my time and tried to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I also spoke with Jerry who made me feel at home at the dealership and he expressed that if I ever needed anything (re: the car) that I could contact him and he'd help me out.
