The buying experience was by far the best I have came across so far. The first contact I had with Bozzani Volkswagen was via telephone. Samantha Urie took my call and was quit informative, pleasant to speak with, and answered all my questions. By no means, at any time, was she pushy or make me feel I had to rush. She understood that this was a big decision and was there to help me make the right one! Even though there is a Volkswagen Dealership within a few miles from my house, I decided after speaking with Samantha that I would make the drive to Bozzani. I will admit I did go to the other dealership first, but it was “business as usual”, pushy, non-informative, and let us put you in something today. Once I arrived at Bozzani Volkswagen and met with Samantha, I knew I had made the right decision. As I expected, I was treated as a family member right off the bat. The entire buying experience was a pleasure from my first contact with Samantha on the telephone, the test drive, the actual purchase and negotiation, and even the final meeting with the “Finance Guy”. My husband and I were car shopping. We visited three dealerships prior to stopping at Bozzani. As we were driving by, my husband says "Hey, let's check out VW" I said "NO, VW is too expensive!". Your Passat made it home to our driveway. Those other "top model" cars didn't have the feel of a luxury car that the Passat has. In fact, one of the "lower model" cars at another dealership was more expensive than the Passat we drove home in. Tony was great, he did not give us the "Car Salesman" approach and we didn't feel smothered. I most certainly will recommend Bozzani to anyone who's car shopping. Good job Bozzani! More
