I have owned more than 30 vehicles, and had many many dealer experiences with sales and service folks. I have had the great fortune to do business with Bozzani VW's service department half a dozen times dealer experiences with sales and service folks. In my experience both Jesse Santos and Ruben Sandoval are the gold standard for excellence in an auto dealer service organization. Not occasionally, but EVERY single time their attitude, efficiency, friendliness, and most importantly competence is simply excellent. There are no improvements to suggest it is that good. I live in NY but work in CA and own and keep a Passat in CA for my business travel. Today my car's catalytic converter failed on the freeway and all of a sudden it sounded like a loud tractor engine. About 15 minutes later I was at Bozzani where Jesse met me outside before I could turn the car off, identified the problem, began the paperwork and assured me the car would be repaired today -- and within 10 minutes and a loaner car from Jesse I was back on my way to work and didn't miss a beat. What a relief from what this unexpected problem could have caused in my busy schedule. Three (3) hours later Jesse called to advise me the catalytic converter was replaced, they did a factory steering column recall notice fix, performed a service job and washed the car. UNBELIEVABLE performance in today's world of mediocre service from so many organizations. You will not be disappointed by dealing with Bozzani's guys Jesse and Reuben. They are the best, and obviously empowered and supported by Bozzani management. Thanks guys, you are terrific!!!!! More

I came into this dealership really stressed out about my car and these incredible people took care of me. Jesse was very informative and honest, which was such a relief compared to other places i have been car and these incredible people took care of me. Especially being young and new to car responsibilities, they completely took the hassle out of car repairs. Regardless of the fact I needed a lot of work on my car, they took care of it fast, kept me informed step by step, even took me home from the dealership and picked me up the next day. I wish I could remember the names of the two drivers because they were very nice as well. I appreciate the fact that when I gave another man my keys, he fixed the buttons for me even though I didnt come in for that issue. Overall Bozzani Motors provides fast, friendly, and great service. I went back the next day and test drove the same two cars, Rick was very patient. So I decided on the Passat. I was in the process of selling my truck to Carmax. My experience at Bozzani was great, from the very beginning Wes was friendly and helpful with everything I needed. He didn't pressure me at any time through my whole experience in buying my used Jett beginning Wes was friendly and helpful with everything I needed. My only slight complaint is the finance guy who was new to the dealer did not check his facts and tried to sell me a warranty after understating the coverage of the certified warranty. However, when I asked he went and checked and corrected himself. I also went back with a problem and again Wes and this time the service department were very helpful again. More

This was one of the best experiences i have had at a car dealership and my first visit to Bozzani. I was greeted by Edgar Calderon when i entered the showroom and he was very friendly and attentive.
