Bozzani certainly has the best customer service you can ask for. I was prepared to drive to Las Vegas to purchase a used car I found on the internet, when I saw bad reviews for that dealership. I decided to look for a car closer to me, I'm in Barstow. The morning my wife and I were planning to leave for Vegas, I found a used car at Bozzani, same year, make, and model as the one in LV, but 20,000 miles less and $1,000.00 more. So I called and talked with Samantha. I told her that I had a check from my bank and wanted to purchase the car. She hashed it out with her manager to get me the car at the same price as the one in Vegas, and I drove 1.5 hours to Bozzani. I was surprised at the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the dealership. There were no salespeople knocking each other over at the sight of "new meat", and no stress while waiting for the documents and car to be ready. When we arrived, we were greeted by Samantha, test drove the car and loved it! I misunderstood Samantha aobut my trade-in, so she talked with her manager, and they hooked us up with a great deal, and we drove home. It was the best dealer experience I have EVER had. We HIGHLY recommend the Bozzani dealership, and the entire sales team. Thanks Bozzani! More

We first went to Ontario VW for a test drive, but they wouldn't discuss ptricing below MSRP, that surprisingly, came from their Internet Sales associate. He lost a sale. The next day we went to Bozzani VW due to the Dealer Rater ratings. A positive sales experience with Carlos and his management team was the result. We talked, we checked financing, and she bought a 2012 Golf. No pressure, just customer service oriented answers and efforts. These are the type of people to do business with!!! I'm back in MN and don't have worries about the service my daughter will continue to receive at Bozzani VW. More

I came to Bozzani VW because it was more conveniently located than the dealer I had been previously going to for service on my VW Rabbit, so thought I would give them a try. From the moment I pulled up to when I left the lot, I was treated like their #1 customer and I left with a car that was washed and serviced as expected. I chose to wait in their waiting area while my car was being serviced and while I was there, everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, they seem to treat everyone like they are part of VW's extended family. The wonderful thing is, they did so with every other customer that was waiting as well. It's nice to know that I didn't just happen to get the one awesome service consultant (Jesse Santos) they have, but that they are all equally as friendly and helpful as Jesse was to me. I have owned more than 30 vehicles, and had many many dealer experiences with sales and service folks. I have had the great fortune to do business with Bozzani VW's service department half a dozen times dealer experiences with sales and service folks. I have had the great fortune to do business with Bozzani VW's service department half a dozen times. In my experience both Jesse Santos and Ruben Sandoval are the gold standard for excellence in an auto dealer service organization. Not occasionally, but EVERY single time their attitude, efficiency, friendliness, and most importantly competence is simply excellent. There are no improvements to suggest it is that good. I live in NY but work in CA and own and keep a Passat in CA for my business travel. Today my car's catalytic converter failed on the freeway and all of a sudden it sounded like a loud tractor engine. About 15 minutes later I was at Bozzani where Jesse met me outside before I could turn the car off, identified the problem, began the paperwork and assured me the car would be repaired today -- and within 10 minutes and a loaner car from Jesse I was back on my way to work and didn't miss a beat. What a relief from what this unexpected problem could have caused in my busy schedule. Three (3) hours later Jesse called to advise me the catalytic converter was replaced, they did a factory steering column recall notice fix, performed a service job and washed the car. UNBELIEVABLE performance in today's world of mediocre service from so many organizations. You will not be disappointed by dealing with Bozzani's guys Jesse and Reuben. They are the best, and obviously empowered and supported by Bozzani management. Thanks guys, you are terrific!!!!! More
