Edgar is an amazing salesmen. He greeted us in the lot with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm. You can tell that Edgar loves what he does. He did not try to sucker me into buying an expensive car that I di with a friendly smile, and enthusiasm. You can tell that Edgar loves what he does. He did not try to sucker me into buying an expensive car that I didn't need; he was VERY honest and straight-forward. I was looking at the VW Jetta GLI with him. He let me test drive this baby. I was surprised to hear him asking more questions about me than about making his sale. I came out of Bozanni with a better perspective on VW, and a new friend. I will come back again, and ONLY ask for Edgar. His quality of work exceeds any other sales consultants my friend and I have seen in the last few months. More

Samantha (sales) and Jerry (sales manager) were great to deal with. I had one little problem with my TDI and they both jumped through hoops to correct it. I have purchased two vehicles with this dealer and would have to honestly say that this is the average satisfaction rating of the two visits...they of course have gotten better, but probably due to me bring have to honestly say that this is the average satisfaction rating of the two visits...they of course have gotten better, but probably due to me bringing them my service business as well as sales.
