SUPER SERVICE I love these guys in the Service department, I was a loyal customer of another VW dealer for YEARS but since Bozzani is near my new job location I dec I love these guys in the Service department, I was a loyal customer of another VW dealer for YEARS but since Bozzani is near my new job location I decided to give them a try. I will never go to another VW dealer again!!! These guys offered me coupons when they really didnt need to do that. They took care of my issues in a quick professional manner. I love the shuttle service and the shuttle guy is great too actually. An all around great experience. I felt like they were buddies of mine and thats important to me. Not only were they friendly and professional the work done was great. My lil 2009 is running better then it has in a long time. Keep up the good work Bozzani !! More

My experience has been nothing but stellar when it came to service, quality of work, friendliness of staff and price. During my most recent visit for a brake service Charles Liautaud was my service consultant and provided excellent service. David Kelsey, Service Manager, came to check if everything was good when it came to pay and offered me an additional service coupon discount as well. I can always count on Bozzani to meet or exceed my expectations. I have told others about their excellent service and now my girlfriend takes her VW there as well after a poor experience with another VW dealership in Ontario. Keep up the great work guys! Two individuals that I have had the pleasure of working with at Bozzani are Charles in Service and Tony in Sales. Charles provides excellent customer service. He makes sure to explain the services being rendered and ensures that I understand what to expect. He always offers shuttle service, which is very convenient. Tony sold us our latest VW, the Beetle. He worked out a fantastic deal for us and we have been very happy with our lease. We liked working with him so much that we sent our friends to him to buy a vehicle as well. We are looking forward to returning to Bozzani when our next lease is up to see what great deals they have. We will certainly look to work with Tony again. More
