Drove Over an Hour Each Way for Nothing After multiple phone conversations, I drove to see a clean Carfax 2013 Lexus CT200h. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the paint on the hood was no After multiple phone conversations, I drove to see a clean Carfax 2013 Lexus CT200h. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the paint on the hood was not right. The color was inconsistent and the finish was really bad. The lines around the hood were it met the fenders were not consistent. The front bumper had obviously been repainted as well. The clear coat was bubbling on one corner. I mentioned it to the salesperson who immediately became defensive and said it had a clean Carfax adamantly stating that it had never been wrecked or painted. He insisted it was dust causing the distortion in the paint color and finish. I asked for a quick wash so I could inspect it closer. After the car had been washed it was worse and the salesperson admitted the manager had told him the vehicle had been painted. No professionalism, no integrity.
