Change oil but no cleaning I have been to several dealerships and have used their service center. This one was just ok. Customer service leaves much to be desired. I had my truck broken into while it was there for repairs. I was out about $800 in tools and other work related stuff. My dome light was ripped ou I had my truck broken into while it was there for repairs. I was out about $800 in tools and other work related stuff. My dome light was ripped out while the thief looked for drugs. I called cowboy dodge and how did they take care of their customer? Told me they were not responsible. The first man on the phone seemed to not care at all about my situation. We finally agreed they would fix my dome light. Fix, not completely replace. The next service I had the truck in for, I reminded them of the agreement. They were hesitant at first, but seemed to give in. They had several days of advance notice to my being there and my expectations. When I picked up my truck, they asked for a 9 or a 10 on the survey I would receive... Then I saw my truck, with the dome light still dangling for the ceiling. I mentioned it to them BEFORE they brought me the truck. They still gave it back to me without doing the repair. I couldn’t imagine why I would be unhappy with cowboy dodge. ( the last statement was to be read as infuriated sarcasm.) More

Feel Chrysler website is misleading with offering a 3.13% interest rate, than ended up with a 4.01% at dealer. If we had known the 3.13% wasn't an actual rate, we would've gotten our own financing. Now we will be refinancing to get a better rate. Sales process was great with Zac, financing with Chrysler not great. More
