Feel Chrysler website is misleading with offering a 3.13% interest rate, than ended up with a 4.01% at dealer. If we had known the 3.13% wasn't an actual rate, we would've gotten our own financing. Now we will be refinancing to get a better rate. Sales process was great with Zac, financing with Chrysler not great. More

Jeep Grand Cherokee Love the Jeep! The vehicle Needed to be explained better. The fuel was on empty and Karen wasn’t shown how to open the fuel door etc. it was close to Love the Jeep! The vehicle Needed to be explained better. The fuel was on empty and Karen wasn’t shown how to open the fuel door etc. it was close to closing time and mistakes can happen. They have since answered all of our corcerns except one. We were made it very clear before we signed the finale paperwork that the Jeep had to have Sirus on the vehicle. They continued to say it did when it didn’t. We had to go have an add on for this to happen. They did pay for it but this was a two week delay on what should of been addressed at the being. We even said we would take a vehicle with more miles and older to get the radio correctly. We will do business with Cowboy as we like Chrysler products. It is a shame that all of that happened. We did get help from a Terry Copp who was very helpful. No one has been rude and that makes a huge kudos. More
