Quite the change (revised) ****REVISION!*** Well, unfortunately, the deal appears to have gone south. After signing for one price and interest rate, 5 days later they told ****REVISION!*** Well, unfortunately, the deal appears to have gone south. After signing for one price and interest rate, 5 days later they told me completely different numbers. I called multiple times each time I needed to discuss this matter, and each time it required 2-3 phone calls before reaching the involved parties. Soooo, I've been driving the new ram all week and am currently sitting in the dealership waiting to get the keys back to my original truck. I'll make sure to share this experience with all of my clients and friends at well. Thankfully, social media affords me the opportunity to share it with around 25,000 people. ***REVISION 2.0*** I picked back up my truck. They tried to convince me that the price they were giving me was ok, after previously having me sign for a smaller monthly payment. As I was discussing the issues I just had, one finance guy said, "it is what it is.". I've been to a lot of dealers in my day and never heard such a thing. I told them that I would make sure to let as many people know what happened as possible. Hopefully this helps some of your avoid the pitfalls of Cowboy Dodge in Cheyenne, Wyoming. More
