There weren't many of the type I wanted on the lot but he was diligent and found one, answered my millions of questions and got me into the truck for a test ride. He was very polite, know, knowledgeable, and willing to look into answers for all the questions I had. They let me take the truck overnight to test it out some more which was great. They did a great job, then even cleaned the truck up inside and out for me, and that was a special bonus for me that took the service over the top. Old ownership were more than happy to watch sales leave because of a poor attitude and unwillingness to understand personal situations. The NEW staff are respectable people that are willing to treat you fairly with an open mind to help each individual. I am proud to have them in my community and I don't know if I would have said that about the previous ownership. More

Good will service - rear main seal Cecil was kind, professional and patient with me as he explained that my Jeep needed to have the rear main seal replaced. He answered my questions and Cecil was kind, professional and patient with me as he explained that my Jeep needed to have the rear main seal replaced. He answered my questions and put me in contact with customer care where I was given a case manager who eventually extended warranty coverage and good will service for the repair. I had never appealed a warranty before, but between my case manager, Cecil and Mark at the dealership, I was given adequate information and treated with respect each step of the way. There were a few delays but Cecil kept in touch and didn’t allow for any gaps in communication. When it was determined my vehicle wouldn’t be ready when expected, I was given a rental to borrow without any additional charge. My experience with Cowboy Dodge was exactly what a person wants when a vehicle needs service. More
