Transmission module failed on my trip. Cowboy provided a loaner car and repaired the transmission module under warranty. They recommended replacing the filters too since they were due soon and they were alr loaner car and repaired the transmission module under warranty. There was an unexpected issue with a broken gasket after my oil change, and I ended up having to take my car back for additional work, but they were great about taking care of everything. A little bit upset that the last 4 vehicles I’ve bought in the last 4 years have been there and almost bought my wife a brand new truck 2 months ago, we took our 2017 truck in for a passenger side manifold in the last 4 years have been there and almost bought my wife a brand new truck 2 months ago, we took our 2017 truck in for a passenger side manifold leak and I get a call that it’s gonna cost me $1100 to repair, February 2020 I had to have the driver side manifold repaired and it was under warranty, this one I was told it wasn’t. They could not goodwill it or policy it they wanted $1100 to repair it. This is obviously a problem that the Dodge Is having with their manifolds. I’ll have to think twice about purchasing another vehicle from them which I was getting ready to do again here. More
