“Short staffed” is no excuse The customer should never have to call to receive an update on their vehicle. Especially when the work isn’t completed and you intend to keep their vehicle overnight. Additionally, I literally saw my vehicle sitting in the back of your lot for a solid 2 hours before I showed up to ask again, if it was completed, and even then, after all the crap of me having to call and get updates, false information coming from “service reps”, and having to provide all the paperwork for the warranty itself, you would assume that the least your department could do was wash the xxxx thing, and remove you technicians dirty xxxxing hand prints from the interior. Seriously the worst dealership I have ever been to. Dodge would be smart to remove their name from this establishment. More

Excellent Service There was a hard to find noise coming from my Jeep engine compartment. The service department was able to troubleshoot and diagnosis the problem.
