Additionally, I literally saw my vehicle sitting in the back of your lot for a solid 2 hours before I showed up to ask again, if it was completed, and even then, after all the crap of me having to call and get updates, false information coming from “service reps”, and having to provide all the paperwork for the warranty itself, you would assume that the least your department could do was wash the xxxx thing, and remove you technicians dirty xxxxing hand prints from the interior. Seriously the worst dealership I have ever been to. Dodge would be smart to remove their name from this establishment. More
