Consistent poor service 5 years Bought a brand new Ram 1500 - Limited edition, heated seats only work in summer. When vehicle gets below 40ish degrees the drivers seat doesn’t work. Bought a brand new Ram 1500 - Limited edition, heated seats only work in summer. When vehicle gets below 40ish degrees the drivers seat doesn’t work. I’ve taken my truck in 3 times and it’s something with electrical that they temporarily fix and it doesn’t work again. Very frustrating. This time they cannot fix it due to my warranty and mileage, and their response was unprofessional. They don’t go the extra inch to take care of customers after the sale. Some places after they change your oil will vacuum your vehicle, some even wash it. Not Cowboy Dodge. When my husband and I talked with them about our frustrations, they were content that we would not come back for future sales or service. More

Best Service Advisors I have used the service department at Cowboy Dodge for the past six years. Richard and Cecil have been fantastic and I really appreciate their concer I have used the service department at Cowboy Dodge for the past six years. Richard and Cecil have been fantastic and I really appreciate their concerns when I have my Jeep in for service and/or repairs. They have always been customer oriented and present themselves in a positive manner when describing the work which is being completed. Great service!! Th only downside is the price of an oil change continues to spiral upwards, which I am sure is true at all dealerships. More

Fair service I was told my vehicle was ready 2 hours before I picked it up. And it was parked some back obscure area and the paperwork wasn't ready. Needs service again in less than 24 bours. Initially I stopped in to have my check engine light investigated but was told it would be at least an hour even though three techs were standing arou Initially I stopped in to have my check engine light investigated but was told it would be at least an hour even though three techs were standing around chatting while bbn one was working on a vehicle. I then took my truck to O'Reilly auto parts and they gave me the code the check engine light minutes after I pulled up. I made an appointment online to have the code and two recalls addressed two days later. I received a call a few hours later and was told the truck was ready. When I picked up the truck I was told that one of the two recalls was taken care of but parts were not available yet for the other recall. I was also told the check engine light issue had been taken care of. Less than 24 hours later, the check engine light is back on and I have to take the truck back and be without it for at least another day. Needless to say, I am not very happy and very disappointed. More
