Fast friendly and easy was in and out quickly all the work was done but seems pretty pricey for air filters So I just picked up the same quality ones for cheaper at an auto parts store. I brought my 2017 ram in for an exhaust leak they found both driver and passenger side exhaust manifold had broken bolts. They replaced all bolts. I left the dealership and received a check engine light both driver and passenger side exhaust manifold had broken bolts. They replaced all bolts. I left the dealership and received a check engine light on and rattling noise in steering column. I stopped at another dealership in Grand Island Nebraska since I was traveling and they found the purge solenoid evap hose was disconnected. Connected it and cleared the check engine light. I still noticed the rattling in steering stopped in Brookville Pennsylvania and tech found cinch clamp on steering were it connects to gear box loose and tightened. Fixing the rattle. I contacted service manager for cowboy dodge and he informed me that all those issues couldn't have been from their mechanic. I've owned this vehicle since 2017 it has 69k miles on it and never once had these issues before I let them work on it. I also had to pay for the other issues to be resolved. I'm not very pleased. I have bought 2 new trucks from cowboy dodge in cheyenne wyoming and get all oil changes and maintenance done there. I also by my accessories from them. I'm very frustrated because I feel like I'm a good customer who keeps my business with them without the same loyalty in return. More
