Unfortunately, will not be buying another car from them. The sales department and buying a car was great. Have had the car for 4 years it has been impossible to use their service department for anything for The sales department and buying a car was great. Have had the car for 4 years it has been impossible to use their service department for anything for my car. The only options given are dropping the car off for days at a time. When this is the only car for a family this is not possible. It is important to me to be able to use the place I get my car from to service it and this has just not been the case. Car had an issue with decaling in the beginning and still waiting 4 years for a call to say the part was in for them to replace it. Lucky this was just cosmetic and we have dealt with it. Car now having actual issues and will have to search out a different option for full care much like I had to do for routine maintenance. As when called with seeing many 20+ open appointments for a date online to make sure I chose the best person to make the appointment with, was told cannot book any of these appointments only option us for me to drop my car off and wait multiple days for it to even potentially be looked at. Very disappointed in my care from this dealership. Seems like they only care about selling a car, not retaining a customer. About to be buying a new car in the next 6 months and will definitely not be going here. More
