Thank you for your feedback, we take our customer's concerns seriously. Cowboy Kia, is under new management and is now one the fastest growing dealerships in the state. We are doing so by selling cars to several hundred happy and satisfied customers each month. While we are proud of this fact it does come with challenges. When customer and dealer negotiations happen, misunderstandings can and do occur from time to time. Regardless, you certainly should have received the best treatment from our team. We are in process of training a new sales staff. The management staff would like to formally apologize for any misunderstandings that may have occurred. We are disappointed anytime we can't make a deal with a customer. It is clear that you made the trip to see us with the sincere goal to drive your new vehicle home. We apologize for anything that we did to frustrate your plan to do so. We would like to keep your business and honor our agreement. We will take care of the $1000 difference in order to earn your business and make things right. If this is agreeable, please email Anthony Hewitt, General Manager at Cowboy Kia. ahewitt@cowboykia.com Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. Sincerely, Anthony Hewitt General Manager, Cowboy Kia

Let's get one thing straight...there were no misunderstandings. We were straight lied to. They staff was horrible. If you are a manager, then I do not need to tell you how your business runs, because you have trained them to be this way. I want nothing more to do with Cowboy Kia...keep your gift card. FYI, I own 3 retail stores and my staff and myself make sure to tell everyone about our experience there. To no surprise, many people have had similar experiences and are mind boggled that you have any good reviews at all. I have never been treated so badly in my life by any salesperson, than at your dealership. Did I mention that before we left, we were shown 5 different new cars and ALL of them were badly scratched. I have filed a formal complaint with the KIA headquarters as well. I am sure they do not want a dealership like yours representing their brand.
