Best car dealership service ever!! We have 3 vehicles at home: mazda, chevy and a chrysler. Whenever me and my husband take our vehicles to Cox Chevrolet we have the best experience and We have 3 vehicles at home: mazda, chevy and a chrysler. He is very friendly and professional and always caring! Not the same luck with Chrysler dealers... sadly I have tried both and left both with a very bad experience. the only reason we have the chrysler is because mom loves convertibles lol told her already No more chryslers! Her next vehicle will be a chevy or a mazda. More

2016 Colorado has bad torque converter bought the truck new from them which was fairly decent but they wanted to add all kind of road hazard "stuff" to my deal, Took the truck in for regul bought the truck new from them which was fairly decent but they wanted to add all kind of road hazard "stuff" to my deal, Took the truck in for regular warranty servicing and complained about a shuttering when going from 3-4th gear, they said 3 times they could not find it, then they said I needed to leave it overnight so I would have had to take time from work to do all this. Got a second opinion from another chevy dealership in Sarasota, they knew right away what it was and I am in process of getting it fixed after the first appt. at the new dealership. Good Riddens Cox chevy, I'll NEVER go back there.. More

New tires I like to base purchases for vehicles on their service departments and have absolutely loved my experiences with Cox Chevrolet in particular Matt Fren I like to base purchases for vehicles on their service departments and have absolutely loved my experiences with Cox Chevrolet in particular Matt French. He watches out for deals for me when needing parts and service but doesn't oversell things I don't need. He has made sure my experience there is always to my satisfaction. Others in the service department like the young girls that run and get the cars and move them around very pleasant and courteous. While waiting in our car for Matt to come out to check our car, it seemed to take a bit extra time due to an issue Matt was dealing with with another customer so one of the girls seeing us waiting ran and got my husband and I each a bottle of water to keep us comfortable. Nice service even without asking. More
