Alec was great - he respected what we said we needed and made things incredibly quick and simple for us. We were able to get all the numbers situated via text. Shannon was very friendly and kind as we signed the financing paperwork. Another man whose name I don't remember helped set up the phone apps. No one was pushy. We had tried working with other dealerships who a) insisted on add-ons, b) who said our financing goals were "nearly impossible", or c) sold the vehicle we were communicating about after getting us to the stage of pulling our credit reports. None of that was the case here. We drove 2.5 hours here although there were dealerships closer to us. It was worth it. More
