DO NOT TRUST. Get a quote in Writing and NOT verbally! They do not honor their verbal quotes. I was quoted $686 for work and when I received my invoice it was $825. They told me that they had to replace a part that we had already replaced. After a long explanation, I then confirmed and the price would be $686 and agreed to move forward at that time. Should have read all these reviews prior to taking our car there. More
I’m editing this review because unfortunately the vehicle I purchased has had so many issues. It was in the shop for almost 2 weeks only to be told that my warranty was not going to cover everything and this I purchased has had so many issues. It was in the shop for almost 2 weeks only to be told that my warranty was not going to cover everything and this is only after I had the vehicle for maybe a month. I couldn’t get a response from anyone in management and was treated very poorly at the counter. I just had to go in again today because my check engine light came on and was told that it’s going to be even more work I reached out to the general manager and owner to voice my concerns, and let them know about the experience that I had, and I couldn’t even get a simple reply, I am really disappointed because I would have expected better service from them and I had hoped that I would be able to continue purchasing vehicles from them. I am hoping that with these next repairs, this will solve the issues that my vehicle is having and that the communication will be better than before . More
Worse customer service of all the dealers I have dealt with over 30 years. I hope you have no issues with your vehicle because if you do you’ll be ghosted. I have had nothing But trouble witb this vehicle since I bought it and regret ever coming here. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I have done so much better with just going to little used car lots. I have spent 1/4 the cost on cars that I have drove for several years and not had this kind of problem. This place has left me with a payment and no vehicle to drive! This place is a complete rip off and will take everything they can get from you! More

Heard from a reliable source they got a way higher offer on the car that was sold to me. I would not recommend this place time is all we have and I’ll never get back the joy and time I had getting my new car.
